Infrastructure is only meaningful when it performs in the real world — under load, under pressure, and over time.
Viosimo’s projects span critical water infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and technology-driven systems, where reliability, safety, and continuity are essential. Each engagement reflects disciplined engineering, intelligent system design, and long-term responsibility.
This is not experimental work.
These are operating systems.
One of the largest industrial water supply projects in Maharashtra, the MIDC Jambhul scheme delivers water to key industrial and urban regions across Ambernath, Thane, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, and parts of Mumbai.
Viosimo contributed to this critical infrastructure by supplying nine Emergency Shut-Off Drives (ESDs) — the highest number deployed within a single project — enabling rapid chlorine shutoff in the event of leaks. The project also integrated Hach water quality analysers for continuous monitoring and regulatory compliance.
This combination of safety systems and precision monitoring strengthened the resilience of a high-risk, high-scale water network serving millions.
Operating continuously, the MIDC Poynad Water Treatment Plant plays a critical role in supplying treated water to major industrial units across the Raigad district. The plant’s treatment and pumping operations demand uninterrupted performance, consistent water quality, and strict operational control, as any disruption directly impacts downstream industrial activity.
Viosimo’s engagement focused on strengthening the operational resilience of the water treatment infrastructure, recognising that reliable energy availability is a key dependency for continuous treatment and pumping processes.
To support uninterrupted operations and reduce long-term operational strain, Viosimo integrated a 130 kW rooftop solar power system, designed in alignment with the plant’s structural conditions, load behaviour, and operational cycles.
The solution reduced dependence on conventional power while supporting reliable treatment performance — demonstrating how renewable energy can be responsibly embedded into critical water treatment infrastructure without compromising continuity or control.
One of India’s largest chemical industry hubs, MIDC Tarapur requires uncompromising safety standards in water treatment operations.
Viosimo enhanced treatment safety by deploying Emergency Shut-Off Drives (ESDs) on chlorine systems, enabling rapid response in the event of leaks and significantly reducing risk to operators, facilities, and surrounding communities
Serving a dedicated semiconductor manufacturing hub, MIDC Ranjangaon required precise and scalable water treatment solutions.
Viosimo deployed a state-of-the-art electrochlorination system, enabling on-site chlorine generation for safer handling, precise dosing, and scalable disinfection — eliminating the risks associated with chlorine gas storage and transport.
Residential Solar PV System
Viosimo implemented an 80 kW rooftop solar PV system under a CAPEX model, enabling direct ownership of the renewable energy asset.
The system generates approximately 108,000 units annually, mitigating around 80 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year, while delivering annual energy savings of ₹17.28 lakh — combining environmental and economic impact
Residential Solar PV System
At Crestia CHS, Viosimo deployed a 50 kW rooftop solar PV system, generating approximately 67,500 units annually and reducing CO₂ emissions by 59 tonnes per year.
The project delivers annual savings of ₹10.8 lakh, strengthening financial sustainability while reducing grid dependence.
Industrial Infrastructure
At the Kagal 5-Star MIDC industrial hub near Kolhapur, Viosimo delivered clean energy and water infrastructure solutions, including solar integration and the deployment of India’s first Emergency Shut-Off Drive (ESD) for chlorine safety.
The project set a new benchmark for safe, sustainable industrial water infrastructure.
Across these engagements, Viosimo’s work consistently demonstrates:
• Operation within high-risk, high-scale infrastructure
• Strong emphasis on safety, monitoring, and control
• Intelligent integration of renewable energy as an enabler
• Long-term thinking over short-term execution
• Accountability in environments where failure is not an option
These projects are not showcases.
They are responsibilities carried forward.
As infrastructure challenges continue to evolve, Viosimo remains committed to applying engineering discipline, technological intelligence, and sustainability-driven thinking to projects that matter — where systems must perform today and endure tomorrow.
